12 inch Izannah Walker style doll~OOAK~SOLD
Clara is a one of a kind doll made of muslin fabric with hand sculpted paper clay head and shoulder plate. The head was sculpted over fabric, then covered again with stockinette fabric. I then painted her with acrylic paints. She was washed down with a staining mixture to give her just the right patina, aged look just like you would have taken her out of an old chest in the attic. :o) She wears painted red boots. Ringlets were also painted to the sides of her face and back of head. Clara has applied thumbs. She measures 12 inches tall. She has a second skin which covers her body and wears removable clothing of chemise, pantaloons, petticoat and dress. The dress is tiny red plaid. I added a couple some zigzag trim to the bodice and sleeves of the dress to make it look like one of Izannah Walkers doll once wore. Her pantaloons have some lace at the bottom of the legs and her petticoat was made using vintage fabric.

Hitty cloth and clay doll~OOAK~6 1/2 inches tall~SOLD
Just had to try one of these out in cloth rather than wood. Hitty doll is a one of a kind I created using muslin fabric with hand sculpted paper clay head and shoulder plate. The head was sculpted over fabric, then painted in acrylics. Arms and legs were attached so that they can move up and down. She would look great sitting in the lap of a larger doll.
